The antibes-les-pins residence is built in a U shape around the swimming pool, facing seawards. 
Riviera apartment is situated at the end of the residence away from the pedestrian walkways and shops. 
Its unique location means that you are blissfully unaware of the hustle and bustle of the
shops, cafes and restaurants which are only 200 metres away.

Riviera Apartment was completely renovated in April 2012, with new furnishings and fittings throughout the apartment.

Riviera Apartment is a bright clean modern apartment which is furnished to a very high standard. 

Riviera Apartment is classified as a 3 Piece apartment
i.e. it provides 2 bedrooms & an open plan kitchen, dining area & lounge.
The apartments internal measurements are 44m², with an additional 7m² of balcony space.

Riviera Apartment has spectacular views from the two balconies. 

• The main balcony at Riviera Apartment overlooks the 12 acre Parc Exflora with views of the Med in the background. 
• The second balcony overlooks the infinity swimming pool where you can watch the kids having fun.

Riviera Apartment offers one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a sofa-bed(double)
the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.

• The kitchen is built to a high specification and comes complete with extensive appliances (full size electric oven and 4 ring hob, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle) + crockery + utensils + iron & ironing board.

• The master bedroom (King-size bed) is light, airy and offers plenty of storage space with built in wardrobe and drawers. Patio doors lead onto the side balcony with 2 chairs facing the infinity swimming pool. Air Conditioning fitted.

• The second bedroom comprises full size twin beds complete with built in wardrobe and drawers. Air Conditioning fitted.
   
• The main bathroom consists of bath, overhead shower, wash basin.

• Private balcony / sun deck, with access from the lounge via the patio doors.
  Garden Furniture consiting of 4 chairs and table.

• For your safety a fire alarm has been installed.

• Duvets, pillows, towels (hand,bath & beach), bed linen (beds made-up) and tea-towels and cleaning products are all provided, making your holiday as easy and as comfortable as possible.

• A cot and highchair are available by prior arrangement.

• The apartment has a reserved parking space, for one car, in the onsite secure underground car park.

• Not forgetting the outdoor swimming-pool (seasonal), Park Exflora and the beach all to hand.
